After the success with the first person horror adventure Outlast, there wasn't much surprise that the small Red Barrels studio decided to dedicate himself to a second installment of the series. In fact, the co-founder of the developer, Philippe Morin, has announced that it is working Outlast 2 . At present we do not know for which platforms the title is in development but, after the positive feedback on the new console, there would be more than optimistic about the arrival of the product also on Xbox One [/xbox] [xbox] PS4 .

Morin revealed that the sequel will feature new characters and new settings. " Much of the pleasure that comes from a horror title is the sense of discovery and understanding as what's going on, so I'd rather not say much at this point. [...]  We are still a small independent study (12 people), so we will need a little time to finish our next game, "said Morin.

At this point, there remains to wait for new information.
