Sony announced that you can now subscribe to try and test the new system update 4.0 for PS4 , downloading a beta version which will be available in early August. This beta will kick off next month and to register you will need to fill out the form on this site ; If you are chosen, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the update.

Sony says though that will only accept a limited number of beta testers, so if you are interested hurry up! For now we don't know what features will be included in the update: expect updates on this.
