It's an event almost unbelievable: after a troubled development and numerous postponements, The Last Guardian is finally ready to hit the stores! This is what was stated by the Producer Jun Yoshino, who announced with a tweet that the game came into Gold, or has finished development and is ready to go into production.

Please note however that, after it is posted, the tweet of the Producer was removed, which suggests that the news has been given too early, or that there are other reasons unknown at this time. However, it seems certain now that the December 7 we can get our hands on this highly anticipated title!

Update : now Sony Studios President Shuhei Yoshida has announced that the game is Gold; probably Yoshino had removed his tweet to give way to Yoshida to do so first: it is official!
