What is the purpose of Pox Nora ?

What exactly are the runes ?
The runes are "papers" of your deck. Are divided into eight different factions, and each deck consists of 30 runes (30 by one faction or 15 by two factions). There are four types of runes, each distinguished by features and characteristics.
