Bandai Namco announced the development, by Outright Games, a new venture dedicated to famous cartoon Adventure Time. Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion will assume the role of Finn, Jake, Marceline and BMO to explore their kingdoms in an open world adventure and meet all the characters from the cartoon.

The game, released in the spring of 2018, begins with the flooding of the land of Ooo, in which the realms are separated by rising waters. Finn and Jake depart as well in their new boat to find out what happened, and along the way they will ask their friends to join the crew to deal with the frenetic combat, interrogate the characters looking for clues and cross the new and dangerous sea to reach the various environments of Ooo.
