Sony today revealed that in July quota has been reached 500 million PlayStation consoles worldwide, starting from the legendary first PlayStation and also considering sales of PSP and PS Vita. And to celebrate this event, the Japanese announced the PS4 Pro 500 Million Limited Edition , a limited edition console produced in only 50,000 units.

Available from 24 August at select retail outlets and at the price of 499 Euro, PS4 Pro 500 Million Limited Edition from 2 TB will be sold inside a special translucent packaging for collectors, and will wear a dark blue design with light Blue power, which will catch a glimpse of the Interior of the PS4 lit. Each console will have a commemorative copper plate on its front, with the number of limited edition engraved and packaged with the console will also include a Dualshock 4 translucent dark blue design, embellished by the symbol PS in copper. In the package there is also a vertical stand dark blue and monocuffia, plus a special PlayStation Room of dark blue colour, and a display stand.
