Bandai Namco announced today that One Piece: World Seeker , the title open world inspired by the famous manga/anime series by Eiichiro Oda, will not arrive as expected by the end of the year but has been postponed to 2019.

The editor explains that the postponement is motivated by the desire to further enhance the game so that it can meet the expectations of fans: " One Piece: World Seeker is the most ambitious ONE PIECE game ever made. We are aware of the great potential of the title and we wanted to make sure we satisfy the expectations of fans , "said Koji Nakajima, Chief Producer of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. " So we have taken the difficult decision to move the release and still have some time to create the best game possible ."

We remain totally waiting for an exact release date.
