KOEI Tecmo and Team Ninja today announced a "Deluxe Demo" from Dead or Alive 6 dedicated to Xbox Live Gold PlayStation Plus February 24 from 22 to allow us to test Story mode, online ranked matches and in lobby, Free Training, tutorials, Command Training and Combo Challenge. The demo contains all 24 characters available at launch and all the hair styles and items will be available for each of the playable characters.

The developers have also announced a partnership with SNK to add to the roster of the game two persinaggi of The King of Fighters XIV : of SNK. Mai Shiranui and another character not yet revealed will arrive in June as DLC and will be available both separately and as part of Season Pass 1.

The initial Season Pass of DOA will be available on 1° March and will include 62 new costumes: DOA6 Happy Wedding Costumes Vol. 1 and 2, DOA6 New Costumes set Vol. 1 and 2 and additional costumes for the two fighters SNK. The bonus Season Pass will also include new costumes for NiCO and Nyotengu. All the contents of the Season Pass will be available between March 1 and June 2019.
