Ubisoft today announced the free release on the PS Store of Growtopia, MMO free-to-play 2D sandbox that on mobile platforms has already collected more than 8 million users.

Growtopia is a platform multiplayer sandbox with crafting mechanics that gives players the tools and space to create interactive worlds. Players collect seeds, plant trees, collect and combine seeds to discover new items to build, swap or decorate unique worlds.

The game includes an infinite number of worlds that players can visit and edit in the company of their friends. In-game avatars can take on the role of wizards, doctors, superheroes, space knights armed with lightsabers and more! Exploring this mind-blowing universe, players will discover and build thousands of unique items to trade with other players or use to decorate their worlds. There is also a wide range of mini-games created by the community, such as parkour challenges, puzzles and races, PvP fights and mazes. As new items and special events are added, new content and updates will be added each month.
