This character-inspired noir-inspired game overwhelms players with the glitz and glamour of the roaring 1920s, behind the scenes of the cruel and hidden world of organized crime.

• Build a criminal empire: build your own criminal empire from scratch by choosing your favorite racketeering (alcohol dealing, "protection" or gambling) and build a team of trustworthy slorry to make your mark on the streets. Once you've made a name for yourself, expand your influence by taking control of rivals' territory and broaden your spectrum of activity.
• Defend and expand the territory: if you were to resort to violence, and of course you talk by hypothesis, and your gang should be forced to send a message, take to the field in a brutal turn-based fight. Recruit henchmen strategically and assemble a close-knit team to bring maximum combat damage and keep your grip on the city firmly.
