Capcom has finally revealed today the first of the two expansions planned for Resident Evil Village: entitled "The Winters" and scheduled for October 28, the expansion will bring with it a new story set 16 years after the events of the game in which we play Rose, the daughter of Ethan Winters, a third-person mode that can be used both in the original story and in the new and other novelties.

Here are all the expected news:

• A third-person mode for the campaign
• Mercenary Mode: New levels and playable characters from Chris Redfield, Heisenberg and Lady Dimitrescu
• New story "Shadows of Rose", set 16 years after the events of Resident Evil Village, follows the events of Rose Winters, daughter of the protagonist Ethan, as she tries to manage her terrifying powers. Players will have to explore and survive in a mysterious and distorted reality in the consciousness of the Megamycete, in search of a cure
• Resident Evil Re:Verse: The long-awaited stand-alone multiplayer experience will arrive on the same day as the expansion, and will be free for Resident Evil Village owners
