Warner Bros. has released a dev diary of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in which the developers of TT Games illustrate us, with Italian subtitles, the breadth of content and the sense of freedom that players can expect in the new title expected for April 5th.

In the video, the development team explains the process they used to bring the entire Star Wars galaxy to life with living versions of the environments seen in the nine Skywalker Saga movies, all topped off with classic LEGO humor around every corner. The video also shows the work it took to realize the weather effects, differentiate the colors of the sky and devote attention to every detail in a way never seen in previous LEGO video games.

In LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga , players will have the freedom to explore central worlds from familiar locations like Naboo, Endor, Tatooine and Cloud City on Bespin, as well as unlock new vehicles and playable characters, including Mama the Hutt, Yaddle and Babu Frik. Players will also be able to collect Kyber bricks on various planets as an incentive to deviate from the main path of the game. The bricks serve as currency to improve various aspects of the characters, from the abilities of the Force to the firepower of the blaster.
