Interviewed recently by online Chinese site Sina, Kazunori Yamauchi, Gran Turismo Sport game director, spoke of the State of play of the newest installment of the popular series by Polyphony Digital for release on 16 November exclusively on PS4.

The game director explained that "the team is working hard and that is why the title m enhances every day. Compared to the London event in may where the game was complete only at 50%, 70% is currently full, although there are still many aspects that can be improved further. " 

As for the number of cars that will be part of the car park of the title, Yamauchi said that although at the time of release will be featured only 140 cars, "eventually there will be 400/500 coaches who will be chosen by the players. In addition all cars were redesigned from scratch and will not be included standard/basic cars ".
