Since the announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 , attached generally coming out in fall 2017, Rockstar didn't provide more details on the launch date, leaving an aura of mystery. But in recent months there have been various rumors mostly improbable: today we reveal one that could contain a kernel of truth. Dealer Polish Media Markt (i.e. our Mediaworld ) has indeed attached to October 3, 2017 release date for Red Dead Redemption 2 "in to pre-order the game.

This important detail was noted by the Polish site CD-Action which, through an e-mail to Media Markt , asked for confirmation of the veracity of the data: the answer was as follows " the nostro ufficio marketing è stato informato dal distributore del gioco che la data di uscita è il 3 ottobre 2017 ".

Subito dopo, la PR manager di Media Markt Wioletta Batóg ha inviato un' ulteriore e-mail a CD-Action spiegando che non vi è alcuna conferma della data di uscita e che l'addetto del team di Media Markt che ha inviato l'e-mail precedente ha sbagliato. Dopo questo episodio nella pagina di preorder di Red Dead Redemption 2 la data è stata sostituita da un placeholder che rinvia la data di uscita al 31 dicembre 2017. Potrebbe ovviamente trattarsi di un tentativo di "coprire" un'informazione sfuggita per errore.

Non sappiamo quindi se si tratta o meno di un errore e vi invitiamo a prendere con cautela tutto ciò che abbiamo riportato. Vi invitiamo a continuare a seguirci per conferme o smentite.
