Sony has finally announced the release date of Detroit: Become Human , the eagerly awaited sci-fi noir adventure Quantic Dream: the game will arrive on our console on may 25 . The Publisher also reminds us that the title is set in a dystopian near future and tells the story of three androids, three machines designed to obey, who begin to feel emotions. Found themselves faced with persecution and violence in society, will have to decide who they want to be.

CONNOR is a prototype designed to help human investigators in cases involving androids; KARA becomes a fugitive after he befriended a little girl and have shared the dream of freedom; MARKUS will become the leader of the revolution of androids.

The player will control all three characters in turn, becoming responsible for their destinies and revealing not only their individual stories, but also those of the people and the world.

DETROIT is by far the most ambitious title created by my studio: with this game we wanted to go beyond the limits by creating complex dynamics. Your actions have tangible consequences and spectacular: there are whole scenes which can be accessed or not based on your choices; your most loyal allies might help you until the end or die shortly after having known them; even your fate could depend completely from your actions. Also, you have to pay close attention to the three main characters, because they too could die at any time.

Each story is as unique as the DNA of everyone: is the result of the choices you make, even those less important, because in DETROIT every decision counts. You will need to observe, think, decide, feel, follow intuition or the heart, revealing unique stories of each character, which then will become your personal story.

DETROIT explore numerous complex themes that match in today's world. One of them is of course the AI and the role of technology, but there is also much more about us, our company, our dreams, our mistakes, our hopes. The main theme is what it means to be human: must be made of flesh or is there something else? The game could be considered controversial, as they explore delicate topics that may be inappropriate or taboo for video games, but maybe that's the most fascinating aspect of DETROIT.
