The study CreativeForge Polish Games announced today that the turn-based strategy title Phantom Doctrine will come upon our console on August 14 at the price of 39.99 euros. The game offers us a turn-based tactical gameplay inspired by XCOM, but this time in a new setting for the genre: international espionage during the cold war.

In Phantom Doctrine will drive the spy agency The Cabal , committed to the fight against a global conspiracy that is trying to gain control of the whole world in full years ' 80. As leader of the Agency will have the task of recruiting and training agents, research new technologies, investigate cases that emerge throughout the world and lead our team in action.

The game will have a story mode divided into two campaigns, one as a KGB agent and one in that of a CIA agent, each of which will change profoundly the history and perspective that we will have as the leader of The Cabal , all for a total of 40 hours of overall game. If that's not enough, there is also an online multiplayer mode 1 vs 1, plus a New Game Plus mode with additional content. Icing on the cake: the soundtrack of the game consists of Marcin Przybylowicz, the author of the soundtrack for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt .
