The news yesterday regarding the obligation to keep the console the disc of Endless Warfare even to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered created quite an uproar among fans, but it is confirmed: Activision has now updated the FAQ page of the game clinching the concept and explain better how it will work.

In particular the editor explains that the whole Modern Warfare on PS4 Modern Warfare Remastered will be downloadable via a download code this Legacy and Legacy Pro editions of endless Warfare, but despite the download takes place separately the game will be bootable with the Endless Warfare disc in the drive. One exception to this are the codes obtained through the physical editions at the Gamestop preorder chain, which will play the title 30 days before (and exactly from tomorrow, October 5) even without the game disc.

So it's confirmed: the buyers of disk editions of endless Warfare that they wanted to sell the disc taking only Modern Warfare cannot do it.
