Embark Studios today announced the opening of the ARC Raiders Server Slam, the last chance to try out the PvPvE shooter before its official release. The test is available from today until October 19 and does not require codes or pre-registrations to participate: just download the client to enter the fray immediately.

This event was designed to put a strain on the game's servers in view of the full launch, set for October 30th. During the test we will be able to launch ourselves into the Dam Battlegrounds map, where we will be able to get an idea of the progression system, crafting and quests that we will find in the final game. As a thank you for participating, all players will receive the exclusive "Server Slammer" cosmetic backpack, which will be unlocked at launch. It's important to note, however, that any progress made during this Server Slam will not carry over to the full game.

As a reminder, you can already pre-order ARC Raiders to secure some exclusive rewards, such as the Lucky Duck Bundle and Bruiser Bundle, as well as the Astro Bundle for those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition. Happy downloading and enjoy!
