As expected, the broadcast of Fallout Day 2025 was held today, an event that celebrated the community of the Bethesda title, revealing news on the future of the franchise. Key announcements include a massive free expansion for Fallout 76, coming in December, the launch of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition to celebrate the tenth anniversary, and the biggest update ever for Fallout Shelter.

The most notable new feature for Fallout 76 is the Burning Springs expansion, coming December 2. This is a free update that introduces one of the largest map expansions ever released. In this new adventure we will explore post-nuclear Ohio, meet new characters and face new bounty hunter missions. The latter will be managed by the Ghoul, the well-known character from the Amazon TV series, who for the occasion will be voiced by the actor Walton Goggins. Great news is also that, in 2026, the native version of the game for the new consoles will finally arrive, thus able to make the most of the most powerful hardware.

Fallout Day sales were also activated at the event, with discounts of up to 75% on titles in the series, including Fallout 4 and Fallout 76. The offers will be active from 21 to 27 October. For a limited time, you'll also be able to save up to 50% on the Appalachia Starter Pack for Fallout 76, containing 1100 Atoms, Repair and Recycling Kits, and the "Piper's Outfit and Hat" cosmetic.

Also on the subject of Fallout 76, from October 21 to 28, players will be able to try a selection of Fallout 1st premium subscription benefits for free. By claiming the Limited Trial from the Atomic Shop in the game, we will have access to the Scrap Crate (for unlimited crafting materials), the Rescue Box (for healing items), and the Survival Tent, which is useful as a resting point and fast travel. The trial also includes a 10% bonus to S.C.O.R.E. earned during the new season.

Bethesda Game Studios then celebrated the tenth anniversary of Fallout 4 by announcing the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition. This digital version, arriving on November 10, will include the base game, all six official add-ons, and over 150 pieces of Creation Club content. Coinciding with this launch, the "Creations" feature is also coming to Fallout 4.

Fallout Shelter will also receive news: the biggest update ever is coming that will introduce "Seasons", limited-time adventures with new challenges, rewards and global leaderboards.
